Torque terminals (shear bolt type torque terminals), as the core connection components for AC output terminals, DC combiner terminals and high-power cabinet internal connections of PV inverters, are specially designed for the operating scenarios of PV systems featuring high current, wide temperature difference, long service life and high reliability. Compared with traditional crimp terminals and ordinary bolt connection terminals, they have significant technical and engineering advantages:

1. Precise Torque Control for Higher Connection Consistency

Adopting a fixed-torque shear bolt structure, the bolt head automatically breaks when tightened to the preset torque, realizing visual and standardized construction. It completely avoids problems such as insufficient torque and over-pressure damage caused by manual operation, ensuring constant contact pressure and stable contact resistance, and fundamentally reducing the risks of heating, arcing and equipment burnout.
